Treatment Cancellation Policy
The Pamper Beautique is committed to providing all clients with an exceptional service, your appointment is reserved specifically for you.
I therefore ask that you allow at least 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, this will allow me time to offer the allocated time to clients who may be waiting for availability.
If the required notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost for the missed appointment.
No shows or cancellations less than 4 hours prior will be charged at the full treatment cost.
