Treatment Cancellation Policy
At The Pamper Beautique, I am committed to providing every client with the highest level of service. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
To help me accommodate all clients and offer available appointments to those on my waiting list, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Charges
- Cancellations or appointment changes made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
- Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or less, including missed appointments and no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
Outstanding Cancellation Fees
Any cancellation fees must be paid in full before a future appointment can be booked.
